Families may pay there tuition bill in one of two ways:
- Full tuition payment for the year by August 1. This payment will be made to BCS and sent directly to the school office. This will entitle you to a 3% discount off your tuition bill.
- Ten automatic electronically-drafted monthly payments through the FACTS payment plan. The full monthly payment may be arranged to be paid on the 5th or the 20th of each of the 10 payment months from August to May. Therefore, payments will start August 5 or August 20 (depending on your choice). Fill out and send the FACTS agreement form back to the BCS office by June 1.
FACTS payments may be made through one of the following options: 1. Checking Account (first time with FACTS, submit a voided check with application), 2. Savings Account, 3. Discover or MasterCard (A convenience charge will be determined by FACTS. If this interests you, inform the BCS office first; there is no place on the FACTS agreement form to sign up for this option).
If you choose to budget through FACTS, you will authorize your bank to automatically transfer your monthly tuition bill from your checking or savings account. Please be assured that neither FACTS nor the school will have direct access to, or any knowledge about, the status of your bank account. Your bank makes the payment for you directly to FACTS on the day you authorize. There is a set-up fee of $38/year that goes to FACTS. FACTS payments using a Discover or MasterCard account can be set up.
The FACTS Peace of Mind tuition protection program is an added optional benefit offered to all families for a non-refundable, annual fee of $12 per FACTS agreement. In the event of death, the plan covers the person paying tuition and the spouse of that person. The benefit is paid directly to the school to cover the unpaid balance (except payment in arrears) for that school year, and the coverage takes effect as soon as the FACTS payment agreement is processed and a confirmation letter has been sent to the family. Do not submit a check for the set-up fee, PEACE of MIND protection, or convenience fee. It will automatically be withdrawn from your account by FACTS when the account is set up.
