Physical Examinations
No student may participate in practices or games without a completed sports physical. It is the responsibility of each family to arrange with their doctor to complete the physical. All physical forms are available on the school website, school office, or from the athletic director. (When possible the A.D. will try to arrange to have a physician available before the fall sports season begins.) The PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-participation Physical Evaluation form is good for 12 months, therefore if you anticipate participation in any sport through the school year please make arrangements prior to the beginning of the fall sports season to have your physical completed. Physical forms should be given to the coach, who will give them to the A.D. who will keep the form in the student's record in the school office.
